Spent our Christmas vacation at a resort in Cat Island and it was a fantastic experience. the location of the resort is remote and secluded, perfect for a peaceful holiday to relax and unwind. the beach is stunning, miles of untouched sand with crystal clear waters and great for snorkelling. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. We also loved the activities offered; kayaking and paddleboarding were both enjoyable. the delicious food was also a highlight, with plenty of options that catered to different diets.
The downside of staying in a remote location is that there are limited options for entertainment outside the resort. It can get quite windy at times, which may hamper the water activities.

During my xmas holiday, it was an incredible experience. The secluded beach and the crystal-clear waters were breathtaking. The staff was cheerful and helpful, always ready to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the fresh seafood and variety of local dishes prepared by the cooks. The bikes offered were particularly practical for exploring the southern part of the island. We also appreciated the excellent diving and kite surfing activities provided, which made our stay more fun and exciting.
That the choices of food were somewhat limited, but freshly made and tasty. The bike ride to the Port Howe lagoon was a bit rough for inexperienced riders, so it's better to take a taxi for a small additional fee. However, overall it was still a worthwhile experience and we would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for a laid-back, tranquil and adventurous vacation.

My family and I had an incredible holiday at this remote resort. We were blown away by the pristine, secluded beach that stretched for miles in either direction. the friendly caretakers provided excellent service, and were incredibly helpful in arranging activities like snorkeling and kiteboarding. the rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, while the food was always delicious with locally sourced ingredients. We also appreciated the free use of kayaks, and the gorgeous tropical gardens surrounding the rooms.
There were some limitations due to the hotel's remote location, such as limited dining options and spotty Wi-Fi.
